The success of our field force management underpins everything we do, so to that end, WDG administers our own nationwide team of supervisors and interviewers.
The field force manager's role is twofold

The operations team regularly review the field force, working closely with recruiters and supervisors to ensure the best individuals for each job. The Directors are kept informed throughout the fieldwork / recruitment stages, and our clients, in turn, are updated at each significant stage.
All supervisors and interviewers are fully trained and comply with MRS, BMRA and MRQSA standards and professional codes of conduct.
