Neil Grantham founded WDG in 1991, emerging from the widely respected Winstanley Douglas Grantham. The development of WDG as a strategic research unit was seen as a positive move in providing greater value to our clients and a more pragmatic approach to dealing with business issues.

The addition of WDGAzure in 2002 established the company as one-stop shop for world class marketing services.
In 2005 WDG's international insight offering just got better with the addition of CSAssociates in Hamburg.
WDGOptimise joined the group in 2006 offering a complete range of telephone interviewing services.


The strength of the company's corporate reach is in the calibre of the personnel who manage these businesses. All are ex-clients, some are business owners. but they share a common corporate vision and working philosophy.

Our teams are highly trained professionals. All our people – permanent and freelance – have a range of commercial backgrounds and expertise enabling us to offer the best advice and individuals for each project.
